Bring more balance into your life with a consistent and regular pranayama and meditation practice. Join Kirstin on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a half hour of gentle movement, kapalabhati, nadi shodhana and bramari breath followed by silent meditation. Available online only. $5 drop in or included with a monthly subscription to yoga nidra.
