Feel like you need a tune up? Maybe you're not feeling grounded, or you're feeling too grounded. Maybe you're feeling attached romantically and it's causing sorrow. Maybe you're having a challenge staying focused or you're having a hard time speaking your truth. Maybe you're looking for a little advantage in your meditation or wanting to enhance your gratitude practice. Kirstin will do a thorough assessment of your chakras and look for areas where your energy is depleted or where there is excess energy. She will use a set of forks called Solfeggio forks to bring balance to the masculine and feminine aspects of any chakras that are out of balance.
